1. About the service

Arabi Trader+ provides market information, analysis, alerts and optional tools through Telegram. Features and availability depend on your plan, location, broker and the data we can obtain. These terms govern your use of the bot and Mini App.

2. Educational analysis, not advice

Our reports, prices, news and trade ideas are educational market analysis. They are not personalized investment, financial or tax advice, a recommendation, or a promise of results. The service is not licensed to give investment advice. Assess each decision independently and seek qualified advice when you need it.

3. Trading risk

Markets can move quickly. Trading, especially with leverage, may result in significant or total loss of the funds committed. Prices and analyses may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. A stop-loss may not execute at the expected price. You are responsible for every order you confirm and for monitoring your broker account.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, keep your Telegram and broker accounts secure, and follow applicable laws and broker rules. Review market data and every order before acting. Do not share your account or use the service to harm others or interfere with its operation.

5. Broker connections and security

If you connect Binance or MT5, your broker credentials are stored encrypted and used only to verify the connection and place orders you confirm. The connection cannot withdraw funds. Use permissions limited to the needed trading functions. While your plan includes trading, you can disconnect at any time in the bot; on any plan, support can delete the connection details on request. Disconnecting stops future orders through the connection but does not cancel existing broker orders. Keep your own broker records and contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Plans, payments and refunds

Plans and extra analyses are paid in Telegram Stars inside the bot, under Telegram's terms for Stars purchases, or in USDT on TRC20 or BEP20 to the wallet address support gives you. A Stars purchase starts as soon as Telegram confirms the payment; a USDT purchase starts when support confirms the payment arrived. USDT sent to a wrong address, network or token cannot be recovered. A monthly plan bought as a Stars subscription renews every 30 days at the same price until you cancel it in Telegram, or until you pay for another plan or for a year of the same plan, which stops it; other purchases do not renew. Because access is provided immediately, payments are non-refundable once active, except where applicable law requires otherwise or a payment was taken in error. A refund returns the payment and ends what it gave, including unused extra analyses. For an upgrade, we credit the unused part of your current paid period toward the new plan. A downgrade starts when the current period ends. For payment questions, use /paysupport.

7. Fair use and limits

Each plan has feature access and allowances shown in the bot. AI use has a daily fair-use cap that uses one fixed worldwide daily period; the bot shows the reset in your own time. Use one account per person. Do not automate requests, resell access or evade limits. Gifts are limited to once per phone; we use an irreversible phone fingerprint to enforce that rule. We may restrict excessive or abusive use after considering the circumstances.

8. Privacy

We store your Telegram ID, username, language, profile answers, service usage and payment records to operate and support the service. If you provide a phone number for gift eligibility, we retain only an irreversible fingerprint, not the number itself. Broker credentials are stored encrypted. We do not sell your data. You may request deletion through support, subject to records we must keep under applicable law or for legitimate payment and security needs.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact prices or complete data. Telegram, market-data sources, brokers and network outages can affect it. We may maintain, improve or change features and limits. If a material change affects a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice where practical.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. While your plan includes trading, you can also disconnect a broker in the bot; on any plan, support can delete the connection details. We may suspend or end access for fraud, misuse, legal requirements or serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support. Ending access does not cancel orders already held by a broker or erase payment obligations already incurred.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will show the new version and effective date in the bot or Mini App. You must accept each new version before continuing to use the service. If you do not accept it, stop using the service and contact support about your account.

12. Contact and age requirement
