Connect MetaTrader 5
Connect your forex or gold account on MetaTrader 5 to review and place orders from the bot. If MT5 connections are not open yet, the bot says so before it asks for any details.
What to do
- Tap , then .
- Send your account number (Login). It must be a MetaTrader 5 account: a MetaTrader 4 account will not connect.
- Send your trading (master) password. The investor password is read-only, so the account check refuses it for trading.
- Send the exact server name from your broker’s welcome email or the MetaTrader 5 login screen, including its spelling and punctuation. Demo servers usually end in -Demo and real ones in -Live or -Real. In the MT5 mobile app, the server is shown with your account under Settings or Manage accounts.
- Wait for the account check and connected message. If the bot says this connection is unavailable, return later or contact support.
What you’ll see
A separate prompt for each of the three details, followed by a connection result. The bot checks availability before requesting details.
